Conference of the Parties in Pozna´n The 14th Conference of the Parties (COP14) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the fourth Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP/MOP4) convened in Pozna´n, Poland, from 1 to 12 December 2008.
