ransfer is an important part of current international climate change negotiations under the auspices of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). A focus on transferring technology to developing countries was included in the so-called Bali Action Plan (BAP)1 by the 13th Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in 2007 in Bali.
